Rise Against Hunger BEnefit Concert
A Special Benefit Concert to help raise $3500 for the cost of preparing and packaging 10,154 meals that will be delivered to hunger children and their families around the world. Rise Against Hunger 20,000 Meals

The Southern Maryland Walk to EMMAUS
Walk to EMMAUS The Southern Maryland EMMAUS community geographically includes most of the BWC districts. The program is opened to members of any Christian denomination who, may in part: - Have a desire to strengthen their spiritual lives - Understand that being a Christian involves responsibility - May have unanswered questions about their faith It is a three-day retreat held at the West River Camp with singing, learning, laughing, worshiping, reflecting, praying, and participating in small group discussions.
